These terms govern your use of the websites that Signal Keel LLC owns and operates. Signal Keel LLC is an Illinois limited liability company. Using a site or submitting a request means you agree to these terms.
Matching venue only
Signal Keel operates an online lead-generation and matching venue. It introduces your request to independent providers. Signal Keel is not your agent and is not a contractor, insurer, broker, freight carrier, or equipment rental company. Signal Keel does not perform the service you describe and does not issue a quote. Signal Keel does not guarantee that any provider is licensed, insured, available, or qualified, and it does not guarantee a price, a schedule, or the quality of any work.
Each site
poolsphoenix.com matches homeowners with independent businesses for residential pool construction and remodeling in the Phoenix area, including new builds, resurfacing, equipment, and heating or cooling. Signal Keel does not build or remodel the pool.
vesselinsure.com matches owners and operators with independent insurance providers for yachts, commercial vessels, charter boats, sport fishing boats, and personal watercraft. Signal Keel does not sell, bind, or underwrite insurance.
shippingestimates.com matches shippers with independent providers for parcel, pallet, and LTL freight estimates. Signal Keel does not transport the freight and does not issue a binding carrier rate.
tractoryard.com matches people who need a tractor or attachment with independent rental providers, by the day, week, or month, with or without an operator. Signal Keel does not rent the machine and does not employ the operator.
rurallandclearing.com matches landowners with independent providers for rural land clearing, including pasture reclaim, driveway and trail access, fence lines, and hunting-property cleanup. Signal Keel does not clear the land.
forestrymulchingcontractor.com matches landowners with independent providers for forestry mulching on brush-heavy acreage. Signal Keel does not perform the mulching.
landclearingestimate.com matches landowners who want a land clearing estimate with independent providers. Any estimate comes from the provider, not from Signal Keel.
Your conduct
Do not submit a false lead, use another person's name or contact information without authority, or request a service you do not want. Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or automatically submit the sites or their forms. Ordinary browsing is allowed.
Indemnity
You will indemnify Signal Keel LLC and its members against claims, losses, and expenses that arise from your use of a site, from a request you submit, or from a dispute, property loss, or personal injury involving a matched third party or the work that third party performs or fails to perform.
Limit of liability
Signal Keel LLC's total liability arising out of a site or a request is limited to $100. Signal Keel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for a provider's license status, price, delay, or workmanship.
Arbitration, jury waiver, and class waiver
You and Signal Keel agree that disputes will be decided by individual binding arbitration in Illinois under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be seated in Cook County, Illinois. A court action that those rules permit, including a petition to compel arbitration or to enter judgment, may be filed only in the state courts of Cook County, Illinois, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. You waive a trial by jury. You waive any right to bring or join a class, collective, or representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in the small claims court of Cook County if that court has jurisdiction and the claim remains an individual claim.
