vesselinsure.com. Insurance matching for yachts, commercial vessels, charter boats, sport fishing boats, and personal watercraft.
shippingestimates.com. Estimate matching for parcel, pallet, and LTL freight.
tractoryard.com. Matching for tractor and attachment rental by the day, week, or month, with or without an operator.
rurallandclearing.com. Matching for rural land clearing, including pasture reclaim, access cuts, fence lines, and hunting-property cleanup.

Signal Keel does not perform those services. It does not build or remodel pools, sell or bind insurance, move freight, rent equipment, clear land, or mulch brush. It does not issue a quote and it does not act as a licensed contractor, insurance broker, carrier, or rental company. An independent provider does the work if that provider chooses to contact you.

Information collected

Signal Keel collects identifiers and contact information: name, telephone number, email address, company name when you provide one, and ZIP code, city, or county.

Signal Keel collects the project information you type into a form. Across these sites that information can include budget, project type, timeline, and notes. On poolsphoenix.com it can include the pool project type and notes about size or finish. On vesselinsure.com it can include vessel type, length, year, and estimated coverage amount. On shippingestimates.com it can include shipment type, origin ZIP, destination ZIP, weight, piece count, dimensions, freight class, pickup date, and commodity. On tractoryard.com it can include the machine requested, the job, start date, rental duration, job-site ZIP, and whether an operator is wanted. On rurallandclearing.com, forestrymulchingcontractor.com, and landclearingestimate.com it can include the land service, county or town, acreage or linear distance, timeline, and project details.

Signal Keel collects internet and device information: IP address, approximate location derived from that address, browser and device type, operating system, referring address, pages viewed, and routing telemetry used to deliver the site and the request.

Signal Keel uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep a session, measure traffic, and record that a form was submitted.

Sale, rental, and sharing

Submitting a request sells, rents, or shares the information in that request with third-party providers so they can respond. Signal Keel may be paid by those providers. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar US state privacy laws, that disclosure is a sale or a share of personal information. Signal Keel also uses the information to run the sites, block false or repeated leads, and keep a record of the request.

Your rights

You may ask to know what personal information Signal Keel has about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Email [email protected]. Say which site you used, the email address or phone number on the request, and the state where you live. Signal Keel will not charge a different price or refuse a request form because you exercised these rights. An opt-out does not pull back information already delivered to a provider. Contact that provider about information it already has.

Cookies and telemetry

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies does not stop Signal Keel from sharing a form you choose to submit. Server logs and routing telemetry are still collected when the site is requested.
